Kurt André
Kurt André is a transformational strategist with 30 years of experience coaching and building high-performing teams across the social, private, and government sectors. He’s the pioneer of The Well-Defined Coach and a suite of time-tested consulting tools.
Kurt’s expertise spans executive coaching, public speaking, team facilitation, and conflict navigation. He also helps independent coaches and consultants grow practices that scale.
He’s certified in The Predictive Index, an ICF-certified coach, and a StrengthsFinder master. Off the clock, you’ll find him tinkering with his 1965 Mustang convertible.

Ted Olson
Ted Olson is a sales and marketing strategist who helps professionals attract premium clients and grow their practice. As co-founder of Consulting Academy and author of Feel Good About Selling, he’s helped thousands win more business.
Certified in Well-Defined Coaching, Talent Optimization, and The Predictive Index, Ted blends practical insight with deep expertise. He’s also a Master NLP Practitioner and is known for helping others sell with authenticity and confidence.
Outside of work, Ted enjoys writing, martial arts, and adventures with his wife, four kids, and two dogs.
